| 摘 要： | 文章主要依据作者在安徽霍山、芜湖、砀山、山东德州、蒙阴、东营、泰安、四川乐山、山西大同、宁夏盐池、北京延庆、河北邯郸等地进行实地调研的结果,参阅相关资料,考察、讨论农民组织(主要是指专业合作组织、特别是经济性组织)发育环境的改善、组织发展的现状、进展与问题,并提出相应的发展与政策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper is based on surveys to Huoshan,Wuhu,Shangshan in Anhui province,Dezhou,Mengyin,Dongying,Taian in Shandong province,Leshan in Sichuan province,Datong in Shanxi province,Yanchi in Ningxia province,Yanqing in Beijing and Handan in Hebei province.Relevant study literature are also referred to in describing the status and development of peasant organizations,mainly economic cooperative organizations.Suggestions,and government policy proposals,are made to development of these organizations. |
