| 摘 要： | 当前,建设创新型国家已经成为国家重要的发展战略。工业是国家经济建设的基础,因此,工程创新是创新活动的主战场,是推动创新型国家建设最重要的引擎。作为创新活动的主体,创新团队的培养是自主创新体系建设的根本任务。通过创建工程创新团队素质模型,提高和促进培养工程创新型团队的方式方法,对建设创新型国家有着极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Currently,building an innovative country has become an important national development strategy.The industry is the foundation of national economic development.Thus,engineering innovation is the main field of innovation activities,and it is the most important engine in building an innovative country.As the creators of innovation activities,the cultivation of innovation teams is the basic task for building an independent innovation system.This paper proposes to build competency model of engineering innovation teams,to improve the ways of training engineering innovation teams,which is of great significance for building an innovative country. |
