Analysis of China's SOE Reform and Development under Market Competition

With strengthening the effect of market mechanism on state-owned enterprise reform,conditions which state-owned enterprise must face will be more complex and multivariate.This paper explains that the SOE reform of our country should possess the market conditions in terms,and studies the trade field which the state-owned capital is suitable for withdrawing in the course of reforming,and mode of the state-owned capital withdrawing and their quality,and the problem that may appear while the state-owned capital withdrawing,and put forward the solution correspondingly.
