| 摘 要： | 国企改革问题是中国经济发展的一大难题 ,投资银行参与企业改造与重组可以在很大程度上解决这一难题 ,为此必须发展我国的投资银行业。本文探讨了我国投资银行业存在的主要问题 ,提出了一些发展对策 ,并指出培养一批中国的投资银行家是发展投资银行业的先决条件。

| Abstract: | The reform of state-owned enterprises is one of the biggest difficulties in Chinese economic development, which will be solved, to a great degree, by the investment bank taking part in reconstruction and restructure of state-owned enterprises and so we should develop the investment banking of our country. This paper discusses the main problems of the investment banking and puts forward some strategies of it, and indicates that cultivating a lot of investment bankers is the premise of developing the investment banking. |
