| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的构建离不开人的参与，而人只有把自己作为社会的主人，才会最大限度地贡献自己的体力、智力，才能为社会发展做出应有的贡献。社会是一个不断进步、不断发展的过程，人也只有在不断推动社会发展的过程中才能不断地完善自身。因此，社会发展与人的自由全面发展是同一个过程，二者是相互促进，共同发展的。社会的现代化需要人的现代化，人的现代化需要人的主体性，而人的主体性则贵在培育人的现代人格。

| Abstract: | Building of the harmonious society should be participated by people.People only looks on themselves as subjectivity in society,they can try their best to contribute the physical power and intelligence for social development.Society is a developing process,people can only perfect themselves in the process of pushing social development.Therefore,social development and people's free all-round development are to be a same process,they should interplay each other.The social modernization depended on person's modernization,the person's modernization needs people's subjectivity,the subjectivity relies on to cultivate people's modern personality. |
