| 摘 要： | 古代庖人包括宰人和膳夫,负责食物的加工和制作。庖人、烰人名称的由来,体现了先民对饮食制作者的器重。伊尹和庖丁是古代早期庖人形象的代表。伊尹、庖丁形象都是以技喻道,把实际操作提升到形而上的层面加以观照、显现,并有同类作品与其辉映。

| Abstract: | In ancient China,chefs are divided into two kinds,that is,the men killing animals and the men responding for cooking.The name of "Pao Ren" and "Fu Ren" indicate that our ancestor regards highly to the men doing cooking."Yi Yin" and "Pao Ding" are the representatives of the image of "Pao Ren" in the early ancient time.Both images of "Yi Yin" and "Pao Ding",which imply some principles in the crafts,transform the practical operation into the level of "super material" for the aim of thinking,and there are other same kind of works comparing with them. |
