| 摘 要： | 信息时代的到来,掀起了知识经济的浪潮,人的智性之光被重现。智能型社会要求能与之相协调的经济发展方式和企业管理模式。人本管理作为一条适合企业再发展、再创造的新途径,得到越来越多人的认可。文章从人本管理的特点入手,着重探讨了人本管理模式与新经济发展趋势的关系,以及如何在现代企业管理中运用激励和创新手段实现人力资源调配的最优化。

| Abstract: | The coming of information age set off a upsurge of konwledege economy development.Human's intellect is revived.Intellectual society needs accordingly harmonious economic development way and enterprise management style.Humanity,serving as a new apprpoach to further develop the enterprise gets more and more recognition from people.This paper starts with humanity management and mainly discusses the relationship between humanity management and new economy developing trend,in addition,it stresses the relationship between contemporary enterprise management and how to use motivation and innovation to optimize the allocation of human resources. |
