| 摘 要： | 目前我国农村非农产业群体规模庞大 ,随着我国城市化和工业化进程不断向纵深推进 ,迫切需要为这部分人建立相应的社会保障制度。本文分析了在我国当前构筑农村非农产业群体的社会保障制度的必要性 ,并提出相应的构想 :分类分层建立农村非农产业群体的社会保障制度 ;创造性地拓展资金渠道 ,解决社会保障资金乏力问题。

| Abstract: | At present, the countryside non-agriculture industry mass is so large in China that, with the father urbanization and industrialization,it is urgent to set up social welfare system for them.This paper analyzes the necessity of setting up social welfare system for the countryside non-agriculture industry mass of China, and puts forth such a corresponding solution as setting up social welfare system for the countryside non-agriculture industry mass by means of categorizing and classifying, and a creative way of raising money for setting up such a system. |
