| 摘 要： | 对农民工非政府组织的发展进行了介绍,指出它在农民工利益表达过程中的作用。分析了农民工非政府组织发展所面临的合法性、组织资源和政府支持方面的困难,并为进一步发展农民工非政府组织,为农民工利益表达提供组织依靠,提出了转变政府态度、扩大筹资渠道、加强组织合作和自身组织建设的具体措施。
