| Abstract: | It's an important part of 'the work on man' in higher institutions of education to insist on the humanistic theory of administration and use various means of encouragement , in order to inspire the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers, and attract and stabilize the staff. Based on the practice in 'work on man' in Jiangsu Polytechnic University, we analyze in detail the theory and methods of encouragement used in six aspects of 'work on man'. |
