书院制管理 学分制培养 个性化发展 多样化育才——淮海工学院“三本”学生学分制改革实践

学分制是高等学校教育教学改革的重要课题，文章从学分制的应用现状、“三本”学分制改革的背景入手，阐述了在“三本”中实行学分制的意义。淮海工学院引导学生个性化发展，培养多样化人才，率先从招生、书院制学生管理、课程体系构建、学生学习模式、弹性学制与毕业、导师制等多个方面进行完全学分制的实践，这将对全国独立学院（公有民办二级学院）的教育教学改革起到积极的引领作用。

Reforming Practices on the Credit System for Students of Independent College in HHIT

Credit system is an important subject in educational reform in institutions of higher learning. Starting with the status quo of credit system and the background of introducing it into independent colleges, this paper illustrates the significance of making credit system reform in independent colleges. Advocating talents＇ personality and diversity, Huaihai Institute of Technology （HHIT） conducts reform from the following six aspects： enrollment, student management, construction of curriculum system, students＇ learning pattern, flexible educational system and tutorial system. This will provide references for the educational reform in independent colleges.
