| Abstract: | The Marriage Law of the People＇s Republic of China,amended in 2001,states a relief system for marriage in the case of divorce.It should be understood that this fills a gap in the area of marriage.Nevertheless,there exist some weaknesses despite the progress made.This paper suggests some measures for further improvement. |
