| 摘 要： | 就职演讲是政治演讲中的一种.它除了具有政治演讲语类的共性外,还应当具有自己独特的特点.该文从系统功能语言学人际功能的角度分析了英语就职演讲中情态词.在量值方面,就职演讲中的大部分情态动词是中值的,而低值的和高值的情态动词所占的比重相对较少且大致相当.这些不同的情态量值表达了不同的情态意义,反映了演讲者的不同情态倾向.
