| 摘 要： | 长久以来 ,隋炀帝开通运河、营建东都被看做是纯为满足个人私欲的劳民伤财之举 ,毫无可取之处 ,他本人亦被斥为暴君。其实 ,开通运河、营建东都出自当时统一国家政治、经济发展的实际需要 ,因此我们不能简单地把其指为暴政 ,从而全盘否定。

| Abstract: | Long before people believed that Emperor Suiyang dredged the canal,built Dongdu,only wanted to satisfy his selfish disire of wasting money and manpower.It was good for nothing.he himself was scolded as tyrant.In fact,dredging the canal and building Dongdu were needed by the united national politice and developed economis.So we could not simply say that he was only a tyrant and voted down all of what he had done. |
