| Abstract: | There are differences among normal schools,teachers colleges and teachers universities.The reasons why the journal of a normal school is ran difficultly are that it has not been taken seriously,the teachers in normal schools are weaker in quality than those in teachers colleges and teachers universities.So the way of running the journal successfully is to train our own authors and attract some manuscripts through characteristic columns. |
