论我国少数民族权益的法律保障

我国是一个多民族的国家,各少数民族在长期历史发展中形成了各自独特的文化心理、生活环境和生活方式,在现代社会生活中他们已属于特殊群体,有着他们特殊的利益诉求。因此,给予他们特殊的权利保障对于实现民族平等、民族团结乃至国家的长治久安有着积极意义。文章从论述建立少数民族权益保障制度的必要性入手,分析了我国现行的少数民族权益保障制度,指出了其所存在的不足和问题,并针对这些缺陷,从立法、司法、执法等方面提出了完善少数民族权益保障法律制度的意见和建议。
