地方应用型本科高校学风建设路径探析

建设良好学风是地方应用型本科高校提高教学质量、培养合格人才的重要保证.目前,我国地方应用型本科高校学风建设中还存在学习目标不明确,学习目的过于功利性;学习态度不端正,学习行为偏失;学习策略不得当,自主学习能力尤显不足等问题.应对冲击和挑战,地方应用型本科高校应进一步加强师德师风建设,创新学风制度体系,深化教学改革,严格教学管理,注重学生自主学习能力的培养,加强学生职业生涯规划辅导,优化校园文化环境等,多措并举,开拓学风建设新路径.

A Look into Learning Atmosphere Construction of Local Application-Oriented Universities

Good learning atmosphere is an important guarantee for improving the quality of teaching and training qualified personnel for local application-oriented universities. Yet, in those universities, currently prob- lems such as aimless learning, utilitarianism, incorrect learning attitude, improper learning behavior, inadequate learning autonomy can be found. To tackle the problems, universities of the kind should strengthen the construc- tion of teachers＇ morality, innovate the institutional system of academic atmosphere, deepen the teaching reform, pay more attention to cultivating students＇ self-learning ability, strengthen students＇ career plan counseling, opti- mize the campus cultural environment, and so on.
