第二语言知识的四种二元对立划分论析

文章梳理了第二语言知识四种常见的二元对立划分,即隐性知识和显性知识、自动化过程和控制性过程、高控制/高分析性知识和低控制/低分析性知识以及陈述性知识和程序性知识。不同的划分潜在理据各不相同,术语混乱,对知识发展过程中知识表征和知识提取两个维度是否分离也莫衷一是,因此造成了对两种知识是否存在转化纷争不断。在神经生理学发现的基础上,我们主张以陈述性知识和程序性知识命名两类知识,认为知识表征和知识提取两个维度的合并观更为合理,提出二语习得关注的是程序性知识的建构。我们论证了陈述性知识和程序性知识之间不存在转化关系,这一观点不同于一般对这两种知识的理解。但是陈述性知识的发展在程序性知识的建构过程中具有遏制非目标性程序性知识和附带性语言实践的积极作用。
