| 摘 要： | 民生是国家之本,＂保民生＂是当今中国经济社会发展的主题之一。加快社会保险立法是解决民生问题的当务之急,但我国现行社会保险立法存在着诸多亟待解决的问题,必须通过树立先进的立法理念、健全完善社会保险法律体系、明确规范社会保险国家责任、重构社会保险监管制度体系等基本途径加以健全与完善,以期为国家建立社会保险制度、解决日益复杂的民生问题提供充分有效的法律支持。
