| 摘 要： | 江西要实现在中部地区崛起的宏伟战略必须加快工业发展 ,坚持工业主导型经济增长格局。要正确认清江西工业落后的原因 ,克服工业发展中的逆调节环路 ,解决工业结构老化、层次较低、发展机制活力不足等问题。要强化以工业化为核心的战略思想 ,以主攻工业为主导发展经济 ;构建工业形象 ,振奋江西精神 ;调整结构 ,强化优势 ,形成产业特色 ;加强工业中心和工业园区建设 ,合理布局工业增长极 ;构建好江西工业发展的机制和环境

| Abstract: | In order to realize the great strategy of rejuvenation in the Mid-China,Jiangxi must accelerate its industry development and stick to the economic growth pattern of greatly developing industry.We should find the real reasons of the backwardness of Jiangxi's industry,overcome the unfavorable adjustment links in the industry development,update the industry structure and invigorate the mechanism of industry development.Besides,we should intensify the strategic idea of taking industrialization as a core and greatly develop the economy with industry as our leading force,establishing our industry image,rejuvenating Jiangxi people's spirit,adjusting the industry structure,developing our advantages,forming our own industrial characteristics,strengthening the construction of industry centers and zones,planning well the distribution of our industry and improving the mechanism and environment of Jiangxi's industry development. |
