| 摘 要： | 根据江苏省36个县(市)1995至2009年数据,运用Jeffrey Wurgler资本配置效率模型对江苏省县域地区资本配置效率进行实证分析,研究结果表明,江苏省县域地区存在较为显著的总体资本配置效应;苏南、苏中地区的资本配置效率高于苏北,与区域经济发展水平基本一致;各县(市)资本配置效率与其所处的发展阶段相关,经济发展水平较低县(市)的投资增长主要依赖自身地域禀赋,而较发达县(市)的投资增长则更多依赖其经济增长能力。

| Abstract: | According to the panel data of the 36 counties in Jiangsu from 1995 to 2009,this paper studies the capital allocation in these areas.The study reveals that there is a significant overall effect of capital allocation in Jiangsu Province;the effect of capital allocation of the south and central area is better than that of the north;and the capital allocation is determined by local economic development. |
