摘    要:随着互联网络的迅速发展,网络文化与网络传播在城市文化软实力中的地位日趋重要和突出。要全面挖掘和深入发挥网络在城市文化建设和城市发展中具有的功能;明确城市网络文化软实力的构成和要素指标,大力提升城市的网络文化资源力、网络文化生产力、网络文化传播力、网络文化服务力、网络文化创造力;适应网络时代对城市发展路径和发展范式转型的要求,积极推动网络媒介城市、网络文化产业集群中心、网络内容生产高度繁荣的文化名城、网络文化技术创新引领中心、网络总部基地城市等城市文化竞争力范型的战略实施。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the Internet,network culture and network transmission is becoming more and more important and prominent cultural soft power in the city.The paper suggests that we should excavate and play the role of the network in the city culture construction and development;clear the structure and factor indicators of the city network culture soft power,promote the city’s network culture resources,network culture productivity,network culture spreading force,network culture service ability,network culture creativity;promote the network medium city,network culture industry cluster center,famous city for the prosperous culture network content,network culture technology innovation center,network headquarters base city and other city cultural competitiveness paradigm of strategy implementation to adapt to the Internet Age on city development path and development mode transition requirements.
