城市是区域发展的产物,城市的发展离不开环境所提供的各种有利条件。它是一种复杂的动态现象,但从区域角度来看,它只是一个点,有着自己的影响区域(腹地或集散区)。隋唐时期陆路交通、大运河和海外贸易线路的发展和完善,使其沿线中心城市和重要港口在其影响区域内成为焦点或核心,与腹地之间产生强烈的互动关系,带动整个区域繁荣发展。

The Regional and Urban Development of Sui and Tang Dynasties

The city is the product of regional development, and urban development is inseparable from the environment provided by the various favorable conditions. It is a complex dynamic phenomenon, but from a regional perspective, it is only a point, has its own impacted regions (or distribution hinterland areas).
