| 摘 要： | 新公司法对原公司法做出了较大范围的修改。通过对新旧公司法内容的比较,从几个方面分析了公司法修改的目的和作用。修改后的公司法集中体现出鼓励投资、公司自治和利益平衡等立法理念,必将对完善我国公司制度,促进市场经济繁荣,适应现代经济等方面起到积极作用。
