我国农机购置补贴政策增收效应实证分析

农机购置补贴政策是国家支农惠农的政策之一,这项政策的实施大大提高了农民的收入水平,但目前仍缺乏对不同区域农机购置补贴政策增收效应有针对性的定量分析,说服力略显单薄。本文基于面板数据,借助SPSS16.0分别对我国粮食主产区和非粮食主产区的农机购置补贴对农民收入的影响进行了实证分析,结果表明：中央财政的农机购置补贴政策对发达地区农民收入的影响较小,而对欠发达地区农民收入的影响较为明显。因此,政府应适当加大经济欠发达地区的农机购置补贴,在加速这些地区经济的发展,增加当地农民的收入的同时还可以缩小发达地区与欠发达地区农民收入之间的差距。

An Empirical Study on Income Increase Effect under Policy of Subsidy for Purchasing Agricultural Machines

The policy of the subsidy for purchasing agricultural machines is one of the policies to support and benefit agriculture,rural areas and farmers in our country.The implementation of the policy has improved the farmer income remarkably.The paper makes an empirical study on the influence of the subsidy for purchasing agricultural machines on the farmer income in the main grain producing areas and in the other areas based on the panel data.In order to accelerate the economic growth and increase the farmer income in these areas,the paper also suggests the government should increase the subsidies for purchasing agricultural machines in undeveloped region.
