| 摘 要： | 制度的缺陷导致“看病难、看病贵”,医德不良也有其制度原因。要加强医德建设,就必须对医疗制度进行解读,纠正医疗改革的手段扣目标,加大对医疗卫生事业的投入,建立适应市场经济的医德运行机制,强化医疗制度的执行扣监管力度。

| Abstract: | The limitation of the system lead to the difficulty and the costliness in seeing a doctor and the bad medical morality.In order to strengthen the construction of medical morality,we must reform the medical system,modify the means and the object of medical reformation,build the operating system of the medical morality adapting to the market economy,and strengthen the execute and the supervise of the medical system. |
