| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期,对集体主义而言,在集体利益与个人利益统一的前提下,坚持集体利益至上,是对人的生存本能的超越,是人性崇高的证明。集体应当为个人个性和才能的发展提供条件,维护个人的正当利益,这是社会主义优越性的体现,是新发展观的内在要求。公正合理地解决个人与集体的利益冲突,则是集体主义得以存在的决定因素。

| Abstract: | In the new historical period,the collective,in a collective and personal interests precondition of unification,upholding the supremacy of the collective interest is the survival instinct of human transcendence,is human nature noble proof.It should be for the collective and individual personality can provide the conditions for the development,and safeguarding the legitimate interests of individuals,this is a reflection of the superiority of socialism,the new concept of development is an inherent requirement.A fair and reasonable solution to the individual and collective conflicts of interest,it is able to exist in the collective decision factors. |
