"质量工程"特点之解析——学习教育部、财政部2007年1号、2号文件的体会

今年初,教育部、财政部下发了本科院校"质量工程"文件,这是提高高等学校本科教学质量的重大举措。本文剖析了"质量工程"文件的鲜明特点,概括为"高、广、新、实"四个字。民办高校,尤其民办本科院校都是在近二三十年创建和发展起来的,"质量工程"的实施给民办高校的进一步发展既带来了机遇,也带来了挑战,民办高校只有在认真实践"质量工程"中求得健康、持续的发展。

Analysis of the Characteristics of "Quality Engineering":Knowledge Gained by Studying the Documents No.1 and No.2 (2007)Issued by Ministries of Education and Finance

At the beginning of this year,the Ministries of Education and Finance issued the documents on the "Quality Engineering" of regular universities,which is an important measure for raising the teaching quality of regular courses in institutions of higher learning.The paper analyses the distinctive characteristics of the "Quality Engineering" at each level and summarizes them in four words: high,wide,new and practical.As non-governmental institutions of higher learning,especially non-governmental regular universities,were established this century,the implementation of the "Quality Engineering" has provided opportunities and challenges for the development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.And only by earnestly practicing the "Quality Engineering",can non-governmental institutions of higher learning obtain sound,sustainable development.
