建设马克思主义学习型政党研究述评

近年来,理论界对建设马克思主义学习型政党的理论依据及历史、现实依据进行了深入探讨;并从运用和发展马克思主义、创新党建理论角度,从学习型政党构建的动态过程等把握马克思主义学习型政党的内涵;梳理了党推进学习型政党建设的历史脉络,其中延安时期党的学习活动、党的几代领导人的学习思想成为研究热点;从学习型政党的基本要求、现代管理理论、学习规律等方面入手探索了学习型政党建设途径;探讨了建设学习型政党理论与其他理论范畴的关系。虽成果颇丰,却存在对现实问题研究少、精细化研究和借鉴国外理论不够等问题。因此,今后的研究要突出实践特性,注重微观及实证研究,借鉴国内外相关理论,并紧密配合学习型政党的模范工程建设。

Reflection on and Prospect of the Research on Marxist Learning Party

In recent years,academic research mainly focused on the basis,real essence,historical experience of Marxist learning party and so on.Although the studies produced many results,there were some deficiencies such as excessive emphasis on the studies of basic theories and concern over practical problems,insufficient microcosmic exploration,and lack of reference from other countries.Therefore,the study should highlight the practical features,make use of scientific theories and methods,and provide spiritual motivation and intellectual support to build Marxist learning party.
