| 摘 要： | 社区矫正作为一种新的刑罚执行方式,在我国处于试点的阶段。实施对社区矫正的法律监督,是检察机关的一项重要任务。检察机关充分发挥社区矫正检察监督职能,对促进严格执法和公正司法,保障刑罚的依法执行,维护社会和谐稳定,促进社会长治久安具有重要的意义。但社区矫正中的检察监督面临各种难题:检察机关履行监督缺失具体规定、检察机关监督的事后性、检察机关的监督手段单一等,这些问题给社区矫正检察监督工作带来不便,影响了检察监督的效果。因此,检察机关要落实"宽严相济"刑事政策,才能切实履行好社区矫正的监督职能,维护矫正对象合法权益,为创造和谐稳定的社会环境做出新的贡献。

| Abstract: | Community Corrections(CC) as a new punishment is at the initial stage in China.The legal supervision is an important task of the procuratorial institutions,which can help realize justice in execution and stabilize the society.However,there are still quite a few difficulties in its realization such as the lack of proper rules and means,and approaches for improvement are still in dire need. |
