| 摘 要： | 我国少数民族传统医药具有鲜明的民族性和地域特色,对我国乃至世界医药学的发展作出了巨大贡献。目前,鉴于我国少数民族传统医药的法律保护存在不足,必须加强针对少数民族传统医药的立法及建立专利、商标等措施,以对其实施法律保护。

| Abstract: | The traditional minority medicine in China has its typical ethnic and local colors,whose contribution to the development of Chinese medicine and international medical science is great.However,there is a clear lack of legal protection of the traditional minority medicine in China and further legal measures like legislation and the protection of patents and trademarks should be adopted. |
