浅析我国股票市场寻租现状

股票市场在我国已发展十个年头了 ,但股票市场本身所应具有的自我扩张功能、自我选择功能、自我激励功能和自我约束功能在我国或者还没有建立起来 ,或者还很不完备 ,导致我国股票市场蕴含大量租金 ,存在较多的寻租现象 ,使我国股市还不能有效地担负起资源配置任务。本文以寻租理论为理论依据 ,对我国股市中股票发行、股权结构、股票交易、市场监管等方面出现的寻租现象进行分析。

Analysis of Rent-Seeking in present Chinese stock market

Although the Chinese stock market has developed for almost 10 years, the functions of self-expanding, self-choosing, self-stimulating and self-restricting that a sound stock market ought to possess haven't been set up or well provided, yet which leads to the existence of a great deal of rent and rent-seeking in Chinese stock market and finally results in the inefficiency in resource allocation in the market. Based on the Rent-Seeking Theory, this article analyzes rent-seeking in the Chinese stock market from the aspects of stock issuance, stock ownership structure, stock dealing and market supervision.
