| 摘 要： | 现从大学生就业现状出发,分析大学生就业能力的不足主要为口头表达能力的缺失。提升大学生职业发展潜力的有效途径是:培养口头表达能力、注重社会实践和团队合作、完善审美情趣和人文素养,提高创新能力,从而适应社会,立足社会。

| Abstract: | Starting from the current situation of graduates' employment,the paper analyzed that the unsatisfactory situation of the employment results from the poor oral express capability of students.Some effective approaches to improve the career potentials were put forward in this paper such as to improve oral express abilities,to value the social practice and team cooperation,and to train the aesthetic taste and the humanistic quality and etc. |
