摘    要:基于广义生态系统新视角,审视并构建了一套和谐劳动关系评价指标体系,通过AHP方法推导了指标体系中各指标的权重,开展对GI、IBR、Oxbridge公司的典型案例研究,以验证指标体系的可行性。重视指标选择依据,客观考虑指标权重,精确指标定量化,有助于推动和谐劳动关系相关理论研究的深化,有助于准确评估不同类型企业的劳动关系现状,提高企业劳动关系的和谐度。

The Construction and Application of Harmonious Labor Relations Evaluation Index System:With Interdisciplinary Ecosystem Perspective
Abstract:The development is determined by whether or not the harmonious labor relations of enterprises ,designing a scientific and reasonable ,keep pace with the times evaluation system of labor relations is very important .Basing on the theory of interdisciplinary ecosystem ,the research examines and establishes an index system to assess harmonious labor relation .Through the methods of AHP (analytical hierarchy process) derives the weight of each index in the index system ,from case study(GI company ,IBR company and Oxbridge company) ,which attaches to the meaning of application .Index selection ,deduces index w eight objectively ,quantifies indexes accurately and demonstrates practical applicability ,scientific and rationality of the evaluation index system .By the use of this evaluation system ,in order to have in‐depth study ,the enterprises can accurately evaluate the situation of labor relations and increase harmony degree of labor relations .
