| 摘 要： | 从制度设计和政策保障的角度来看,师范生免费教育政策的实施具有极为重要的现实意义.这一政策明确了各级政府、师范大学和免费师范生的责任要求,具有鲜明的国家性、示范性和整体性特征.当然,为确保这一政策顺利实施,就需要在招生、培养、就业、继续教育等环节制定相应的配套措施.

| Abstract: | The return of the free education policy for normal students is of important significances.The policy established has illuminated explicitly the duties of the governments,normal universities and teacher training students.The policy takes on bright state character,demonstrating character and completeness.To implement the policy effectively,it is necessary to constitute corresponding measures about enrollment,training,employment and continuing education. |
