| 摘 要： | 面对我国高等教育规模不断扩大的现实,高校学生宿舍管理遇到了极大挑战。有效的高校宿舍管理应建立在对高校宿舍管理基本功能的正确认识上。高校宿舍管理应具有保障安全、保障文明创新和谐、监督引导提供服务、提供信息资料及协调等五大功能。
