| 摘 要： | 社会福利是社会科学研究与社会政策分析核心概念之一。社会福利观念因世界各国政治制度、经济发展、社会结构和文化价值观念千差万别而形成截然不同的理解。社会福利观念反映现实福利制度安排 ,说明特定时空处境下福利文化及其生活方式的基本特征。中国社会对社会福利的社会建构体现在六个方面 ,它们分别引导着中国社会福利制度的不同创新路向。

| Abstract: | Social welfare is one of the core concepts in the research area of social sciences and social policies. Various understandings of social welfare result from different political institutions, economic development levels, structure of society and cultural values around the world. The concept of social welfare reflects the institutional arrangement of the social reality and represents the basic characteristics of welfare culture in the special context of the time and space. The article analyzes six aspects of the construction of social welfare in China, and points out the innovation direction of Chinese social welfare institutions. |
