| 摘 要： | 第一次世界大战后世界经济在投资、生产、贸易和金融诸方面发生了巨大变化,战前以欧洲尤其是以英国为核心的世界经济运行机制遭到了破坏,战后重建的世界经济体系在国际货币和金融机制方面存在严重缺陷,这是导致20世纪30年代经济大萧条持续加重的主要原因。 |

| Abstract: | The world economical structure had changed in investment,production,commerce and finance after World War I. TTie world economical system controlled by Europe especially by Britain before the war had been destroyed. The world economical system reconstructed after the war had grave disfigurement in currency and finance system, that was the mostly cause brought on the great depression in 1930s. |
