| 摘 要： | 从历史的角度分析了黄河流域的主要灾害问题，并探索了灾害问题的形成原因，指出自然因素是造成灾害的潜在条件，而人类不合理的经济活动对灾害的发展起着推波助澜的作用。根治黄河流域的灾害不仅关系到本区经济的发展和社会的稳定，而且关系到整个中华民族的兴亡，必须给以高度的重视。

| Abstract: | This paper, from the historical perspective, analyses the disasters in the Yellow River reach, and studies its causes. It points out that nature is a potential factor but the irrational economic activities of human being have added to the disasters. The control of the disasters in the Yellow River Reach is concerned with the economic development and social stability of the area but also it concerns the rise and fall of China. |
