| 摘 要： | 海南国际旅游岛建设是落实中央科学发展观的重大举措,而这一战略的实施关键还是要依赖人力资本的效率,因此,本文从人力资本的内生性等四个方面出发,讨论了国际旅游岛建设对人力资本增值的要求,并针对海南国际旅游岛人力资本的瓶颈问题,提出了人力资本增值的具体办法。 |

| Abstract: | construction of Hainan internationalizing tourism destination is a great measurement to realize CCP’s sense of scientific development,however the implementation of the strategies depend the effectiveness of human capital eventually.Therefore,the article discusses the requirements for human capital value enhancement in the process of construction of Hainan internationalizing tourism destination from,four aspects,incentive economic development etc.,then proposes the way how to increase human capital value in Hainan. |
