民国早期女性基督徒的社会责任与文化精神——以中华国内布道会在云南的活动为例

对于民国早期的教会人士而言,云南是一种地理和基督教文化意义上的双重边荒。中华国内布道会的宣教工作发轫于云南,后来扩展到内蒙古、黑龙江等边疆省份,其中女性基督徒发挥了极为重要的作用,传递了强烈的妇女意识、基督精神与社会责任感。在信仰的支持下,这些女性基督徒产生了边疆布道的强烈愿望,选择认同并自觉诠释着一种全新的社会性别角色,在广阔的舞台上从事着服务基督同时也是服务社会的各种活动。

Social Responsibility and Cultural Spirit of the Female Christians in the Early Republic of China: Early Campaigns of Chinese Home Missionary Society in Yunnan Province

In the early period of the Republic of China,Yunnan was a barren to those church people both in geological and Christian meaning.Early campaigns of the Chinese Home Missionary Society started from this province,and then expanded to the other border provinces such as Inner Mongolia,Heilongjiang and so on.Among these campaigns,the female Christians played an important role to spread the Christian spirit,women awareness and social responsibility.Moreover,these women with a firm belief had a strong desire to preach in the border areas.They identified their choice and practice campaigns with a brand new gender role to serve Christianity and society on a broader stage.
