| 摘 要： | 在中国宗教界公益慈善的组织化进程中,统一战线发挥了政治合法性考量与枢纽性协调引导、服务和监督的重要作用。特别是改革开放以来,宗教界发扬服务社会、行善济世的优良传统,在扶贫济困、帮学助残、救难赈灾等方面做了不少工作,并且公益慈善呈现出组织化的发展趋势。在对宗教界多个慈善组织的调研基础上,指出由于宗教界的公益慈善尚处于组织化发展的初期,还存在着一定的制约因素。从而提出完善统战体制的顶层制度设计、设立宗教界公益服务促进会和公益信息平台、协调和规范宗教界公益宣传、建立健全宗教界公益服务的统战服务监督机制等对策,引导宗教界参与社会慈善公益的优化路径。

| Abstract: | In the process of promoting the religious organizations to participate in the public charity services in China,the United Front plays an important role in the political legitimacy and coordination of its different functions.This research on the religious charity organizations reveals that further efforts and measures are needed to improve the relevant policies,theories and services in order to bring all the potential into full play. |
