| 摘 要： | 中国企业在快速进行对外投资的同时,在东道国面临的政治风险也日益增加,给跨国企业的生产经营带来许多不确定性。依据中国企业2004～2010年对外投资的数据,选取69个样本国家进行实证研究,结论显示中国企业对外投资没有受到东道国政治风险的显著影响,主要原因在于国有企业是对外投资的主要力量、中国企业正面临着产业升级和转变经济发展方式的强大压力以及国内的投资渠道不畅。

| Abstract: | Chinese enterprise’s foreign investment develops very rapidly,but political risk from the host country is also on the increases,which brings uncertainty to the production and management by the multinational enterprises.On the basis of Chinese enterprise’s foreign investment data in 2004～2010,this paper has selected a sample of 69 countries for its empirical research and found that Chinese enterprise’s foreign investment has received no obvious influence of political risk from the host country.The main reason is that the state-owned enterprises are the main force of China’s foreign investment.China’s enterprises are also facing a great pressure of industrial upgrading and transformation of its economic development mode and the channel of domestic investment is not good. |
