| 摘 要： | 桥头堡建设发展战略的提出引起各界广泛关注.桥头堡建设首先是国家的发展战略,其次才是云南省的发展战略,同时又带有明显的区域性国际合作内容.桥头堡建设为云南边疆民族地区经济社会发展提供了新的机遇,要进一步加大对内对外开放力度,努力提升云南自身的开放水平和层次,努力促进云南边疆民族地区经济社会的全面发展,尽快实现把云南建成中国面向西南开放的大通道和桥头堡的战略目标.

| Abstract: | Yunnan’s Gateway Strategy is first a development strategy of China and then one of Yunnan Province with rich implications of regional international cooperation.This strategy offers new opportunities for the economic development of the minority areas in the borderland of Yunnan.Its implementation relies on further opening up to the outside world,more measures for an all-round development and more favorable policies. |
