| 摘 要： | 清政府对西南地区边境贸易的态度,并不是支持,而是限制、禁止。清朝的法律对西南地区边境贸易地点、时间和贸易物品控制的十分严格。对西南地区边境贸易中的税收是很重视的。对违反法规的行为也制定了严厉的制裁措施。 |

| Abstract: | The Qing government did not support,but restricted and banned border trade in southwest areas.It was very strict with the place,time and control of business in the borders,but paid attention to their taxes,and also made severe punishment to anti-regulation behaviours. |
