| 摘 要： | 高校教师作为培养高素质人才的主力军,他们的心理素质不仅直接影响其教学态度、教学观念和教学行为,而且对学生素质的提高产生很大的影响。心理健康是教师素质的核心要素,也是教师整体素质和教学质量提高的基础和保障。高校教师心理素质的提高必须引起学校及社会各界的重视,使教师的素质在不断完善中符合时代的要求。

| Abstract: | The psychological traits of college teachers, the main force for training talents of high quality, have great impact on enhancing the students' traits as well as teaching manners, teaching ideas and teaching performances.Their own psychological health serves as the core in teachers' traits, and as the base and ensurance in raising the overall traits and teaching quality. Great importance should be attached to the improvement in psychological traits of college teachers in all circles to conform to the needs of our times. |
