摘    要:本文提出了一个新的非共沸混合工质水平管内强制对流蒸发换热计算经验公式,该式简单准确,对142个实验数据的计算表明,误差小于10%的数据点占90.14%,最大相对误差为23.67%.文中提供广确定非共沸混合工质热力性质和热物性的方法,并指出在强制对流蒸发工况下,传质阻力对换热的影响可以忽略不计.

Abstract:A new correlation for forced convection vaporization heat transfer of no n-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures inside a horizontal tube is developed. It is simple but accurate. For the calculation of 142data points, 90. 14% of them are within the relative deviation of 10%. The maximum deviation is 23 .67%. Methods of determiming the thermodynamic and transport properties of non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures are introduced. According to the calculation and analysis, a conclusion is reached that the effect of mass transfer resistance on heat transfer is negligible under the condition of forced convection vaporization.
