| 摘 要： | 本文给出了一台８通道宽带薄膜监控装置的研制结果．该装置有３２个检测波长可供选择，能同时检测８个波长处的实时信号，可用于光学薄膜的宽带监控，在镀膜工艺自动化研究中取得较好的效果．

| Abstract: | In the present paper, the author introduces a monitoring device of wideband optical thin film, which has thirty-two inspective wavelengths for selection this device can inspect live signals of eight wavelengths simultaneously and used in monitoring wide band thin film. It has accomplished satisfactory results in the search of auto-coating technology. |
