| Abstract: | This paper presents a general dose ription of the determination of temperature field around a bubble. Based on the new achieve.ments in op tieal measurement technology, a new method which can be used to overcome a series of difficultics in flow boiling experiment is proposed. The temperature field around a bubble, under the condition of now nucleation boiling, is successfully observed. It pases the way for the study of the mechanism of boiling heat transfer. |
