“经济人”与制度正义初探

“经济人”是在对现实生活中的人进行科学抽象的基础上形成的。理性、自利、追求利益最大化是经济人的主要特性。经济人的行为受制度规范和约束。但是，经济人不正当的寻租行为会导致不正义制度的产生。这种缺乏正义的制度不仅难以规范经济人的行为，而且会给社会政治、经济、文化带来严重恶果。因此，树立制度正义，实行有效的制度正义实施机制，实现经济人与正义制度的良性契合意义重大。

A Research on“Economic man”and Institutional Just

Economic man is abstracted scientifically from the man in practical life,with the main characters of ration,self-interest and pursuing the maximum of interests.The behaviors of the Economic man are restricted by institutions.But the Economic man's directly unproductive profit-seeking produces unjust institutions, by which Econmic man's behaviors are difficult to restrict and even bad effects produces in society.So it is of great importance to advocate institutional just,practise effective mechanism of institutional just,and merge Economic man into just institutions smoothly.
